My Immersive Meditations are designed to support you with moving energy on themes that Spirit indicates are ripe to receive deep healing. The meditations also facilitate an opportunity for playing with your intuition as you connect with your Spirit and guides!

Below are a few of the themes that I've noticed emerging in the collective field during this lunar cycle, which began on October 10, 2026 with a new moon in Libra. My hope is that these themes spark some awareness and perhaps validation around your experience of the energies we are moving through.

• The medicine: taking the time to simply be with the parts of yourself that are perhaps showing themselves through embodied discomfort, perhaps shadow aspects, perhaps integrations or both.
