Monthly Virtual Gathering: Immersive Meditation
This is a monthly opportunity to benefit from the power group energy work, while having your own experience within an immersive guided meditation. The meditation will be informed by current energetic themes rippling through our collective energy field, which I receive during my monthly group healing reading, along with common threads observed in my work with individuals. Spirit will provide imagery and guidance to support you in dropping in and tending to your energy field. I will hold a deeply therapeutic energetic space sending Reiki and providing energetic support, allowing you to slip into a deep state of relaxation. You may be surprised at the ease with which you are able to move energy and receive insight about your healing journey!
An additional ~45 minute Zoom call will be available for Monthly Group Healing Members to share their experiences, ask questions, and connect in community.
Option to join live on Zoom or purchase the recording for your individual use. Everyone who signs up will receive a recording afterwards to revisit the meditation as desired.

All classes will be held virtually via Google Meet from 11-12:30 PST/2-3:30 EST. A recording will be sent out afterwards, along with other materials, if you are unable to attend live.
Learn energy healing techniques from the Ancient Mystery Schools, transmuting energy with the high frequency of the rose and other simple yet powerful techniques! I found deep healing with these techniques and continue to be amazed at the powerful shifts that my clients are able to make. Curious about what the mystery schools were/are? I recommend watching this short video.
My intention is to empower you with fundamental techniques that you can use on a daily basis, in meditation and while going about your day. It is powerful to facilitate your own energetic healing!
Each class will focus on a theme. The first class of the series, Grounding into the Earth of Your Body, we will support your ability to connect and deepen your grounding, as well as supporting comfort in being Spirit embodied, with a focus on healing the root chakra. The second class, Empowered Empath, is a powerful opportunity for sensitive souls (whether or not you consider your self a capital "E" empath) to clear others' energy from your field and restore or enhance your energetic boundaries, focusing on the sacral and solar plexus chakras. The third class, Your Wise Inner Voice, focuses on sending healing energy to the heart, throat, and third eye, and crown chakras and learning techniques to enhance the many ways that we can connect and communicate with our Higher Self/Spirit, Source energy, and our teams of light.
The general flow of the classes is as follows:
We will begin with an overview of the theme for the class, discussing the components of the energy body that are relevant. We will then move into an experiential guided meditation where I will teach a variety of techniques from the ancient mystery schools.
Following the guided meditation, you will have an additional 10-15 minutes to relax or deepen into your meditation experience, while Valerie silently performs a psychic reading on the group. The intention for the reading is to illuminate themes that we hold in our collective energy field. I believe that each unique group comes together because we have spiritual contracts to move energy together around certain themes. Group healing is very powerful--often facilitating larger shifts than we are able to achieve on our own!
Valerie will share the messages and healing that came through in the group reading and we will close with ample opportunity to share experiences, musings, or ask questions, as desired.
