Deepening into Your Multidimensional Heart

I'm excited to reunite with my friend Ruby of Inspire Studio to to offer a mini retreat this summer, on Saturday, August 1 in Bellingham, Washington!
We will immerse ourselves in therapeutic sound, guided meditation, energy healing, and movement practices, to deepen into your multidimensional being via the gateway of the heart center. By harnessing the magnified power of the group container, we can accelerate our individual healing journeys, clearing outdated energy to make space for our most authentic expression and highest good. Our time together will allow for relaxation and meditation in nature, as well as personal, pair, and group reflection and integration.

Anchoring into the Womb Portal Event
The energetic womb (on all bodies) is a space where we connect with so much of the human experience, including our emotional and sexual energies, our creative energies ("birthing" in all forms), and our balance of feminine + masculine energies.
This area, encompassed by the Sacral Chakra, also connects us to life force energy from Gaia and serves as an energetic anchor for the heart center, the bridge to our multidimensionality. The more we embody and energetically access this space, the more connected we become to our humanity and our divinity!
I have been called by Spirit to join a spiritual retreat in Greece this fall. While there, I will be immersed in the energies of many sacred sites, including the Acropolis, the Temple of Aphaia, ancient thermal baths and springs, the healing waters of the Agean Sea, the Sanctuary of Hera, the Lions Gate, and the Temple to Athena.
I will also spend several days in Delphi--the energetic womb of Gaia--connecting with the land where the Oracle of Delphi channeled wisdom from the mother goddess to travelers from around the world for 1,2000 years, between 8th century BC to late 4th century AD.
Upon my return, I will offer this opportunity to connect with the frequencies of these places, as guided by Spirit, to allow for deep healing and activation of the sacral chakra.

Immersive Meditation
This is a monthly opportunity to benefit from the power group energy work, while having your own experience within an immersive guided meditation. The meditation will be informed by current energetic themes rippling through our collective energy field, which I receive during my monthly group healing reading, along with common threads observed in my work with individuals. Spirit will provide imagery and guidance to support you in dropping in and tending to your energy field. I will hold a deeply therapeutic energetic space sending Reiki and providing energetic support, allowing you to slip into a deep state of relaxation. You may be surprised at the ease with which you are able to move energy and receive insight about your healing journey!

Intuitive Practicum
This is a monthly online practicum, open to clients who have completed my Intuitive Reading + Energy Healing Course. My intention is to empower those who are curious to explore their intuitive and psychic abilities in a safe, supportive, low-pressure setting.
At the beginning of each practicum, I share a reading "assignment" and offer tips and a reminder on relevant energy reading and healing techniques. Most of the time is spent in breakout rooms with partners, where you get to try out your reading abilities on kind, open kindred souls who you don't know! I've found reading for others to be the best way to rapidly expand your confidence and ability. Prepare to surprise yourself!

This is a series of 3 classes. All classes will be held virtually via Zoom. A recording will be sent out afterwards, along with other materials, if you are unable to attend a class live.
Learn energy healing techniques from the Ancient Mystery Schools, transmuting energy with the high frequency of the rose and other simple yet powerful techniques! I found deep healing with these techniques and continue to be amazed at the powerful shifts that my clients are able to make. Curious about what the mystery schools were/are? I recommend watching this short video.
My intention is to empower you with fundamental techniques that you can use on a daily basis, in meditation and while going about your day. It is powerful to facilitate your own energetic healing!
Each class will focus on a theme. The first class of the series, Grounding into the Earth of Your Body, we will support your ability to connect and deepen your grounding, as well as supporting comfort in being Spirit embodied, with a focus on healing the root chakra, grounding cord, and Earth Star chakra. The second class, Empowered Empath, is a powerful opportunity for sensitive souls (whether or not you consider your self a capital "E" empath) to clear others' energy from your field and restore or enhance your energetic boundaries, focusing on the sacral and solar plexus chakras. The third class, Your Wise Inner Voice, focuses on sending healing energy to the heart, throat, and third eye, and crown chakras and learning techniques to enhance the many ways to connect and communicate with your Higher Self/Spirit, Source energy, and team of light.
The general flow of the classes is as follows:
We will begin with an overview of the theme for the class, discussing the components of the energy body that are relevant. We will then move into an experiential guided meditation where I will teach a variety of techniques from the ancient mystery schools.
Following the guided meditation, you will have an additional 10-15 minutes to relax or deepen into your meditation experience, while Valerie silently performs a psychic reading on the group. The intention for the reading is to illuminate themes that we hold in our collective energy field. I believe that each unique group comes together because we have spiritual contracts to move energy together around certain themes. Group healing is very powerful--often facilitating larger shifts than we are able to achieve on our own!
Valerie will share the messages and healing that came through in the group reading and we will close with ample opportunity to share experiences, musings, or ask questions, as desired.
