My Immersive Meditations are designed to support you with moving energy on themes that Spirit indicates are ripe to receive deep healing. The meditations also facilitate an opportunity for playing with your intuition as you connect with your Spirit and guides!
 
Below are a few of the themes that are emerging in the collective field during this lunar cycle, which began on November 20th with a new moon in Scorpio. My hope is that these themes spark some awareness and perhaps validation around your experience of the energies we are moving through.
 
Message of “an invitation to return”
Sense that we are being invited to return to our core essence in some way
During the meditation, we will work with an image that came forward to support this intention, with a healing in the high heart
The high heart (at the clavicle) is a secondary energy center; it is our spiritual library and portal of access to all things related to your life’s path and purpose. The immersive experience with the symbol will support with strengthening the connection of this center to your core essence, or your unique song, i.e. aligning with your hara line, which connects you via your unique thread to both to source energy and to the Earth
Message of “hold your center”
Spirit highlights the importance of maintaining an inner focus on the peace and quiet we each hold within, at our core, as we navigate a time of heightened external distractions and transitions
If you find yourself feeling spiritually or materially disoriented Spirit's message is to relax, trust, and not try to "figure things out"
These are big times energetically–sense of a “gulp” in the body/ego self
Remember we chose and were born for this time!
Importance of moving the body regularly and grounding to release all that we are shedding. Time in nature, structure, routine, and spiritual “discipline” may be especially beneficial at this time.
The elements came forward; have been a big part of our experience this year
The potency, simplicity and ease that they offer feels meaningful and very supportive for these times of immense transformation
