My Immersive Meditations are designed to support you with moving energy on themes that Spirit indicates are ripe to receive deep healing. The meditations also facilitate an opportunity for playing with your intuition as you connect with your Spirit and guides!
 
The themes below emerged as I looked ahead at the energies of the lunar cycle that began on September 21, with a new moon in Virgo. We explore these themes in the meditation. 
 
Connecting more deeply and directly to “the Divine within the self”, specifically the Divine Feminine which supports us with accessing a our be-ing (yin) energy. This aligns with the energies of balance that the Equinox ushered in.
“Going for the gold”–what if your wildest dreams are not too wild to be lived into? Spirit indicates this is a potent opportunity for healing our ability to call in complete (not partially realized) manifestations of our deepest desires. We are encouraged to surrender Great Earth Mother any limiting beliefs and big emotions that arise around these "big pie in the sky" manifestations, including the embodied fear inherent even with aligned change, to release resistance and open to receive.
Spirit illustrated two competing narratives and emphasized the importance of which narrative we are paying attention. Reinforcing the power of our focus and intention. Making room for hope and optimism!
