My Immersive Meditations are designed to support you with moving energy on themes that Spirit indicates are ripe to receive deep healing. The meditations also facilitate an opportunity for playing with your intuition as you connect with your Spirit and guides!
Below are a few of the themes that are emerging in the collective field during this lunar cycle, which began on December 19th, 2025 with a new moon in Sagittarius. My hope is that these themes spark some awareness and perhaps validation around your experience of the energies we are moving through.
Spirit describes this as a time of transition–not just from one calendar year to the next. As we bridge from a time of reflection and releasing many old energies (including a lot of karma and past life ties) into a time of rapid expansion and forward movement, we are learning to hold our center and find peace within, even amidst the frequencies of uncertainty and chaos. Welcoming the frequencies of balance and simplicity to support this.
Invitation to journey within, drawing our light ever inwards into the Heart Center. Awakening deeper wisdom as we connect and align with our core essence.
Message of “leaps and bounds”–we will be moving by leaps and bounds instead of the steps we think we need to take in order to achieve something.
I heard the Age of Aquarius song lyrics and heard that we have reached a tipping point. (I highly recommend checking out this old video of The 5th Dimension performing this iconic song and see if you can keep from moving/singing along!)
Throat chakra healing available to us around the virtue of authenticity, with a message of “Living our truth, speaking our truth”.
Sacral chakra healing–big shifts in our relationship to our emotional body available to us at this time!
During the meditation, I share messages from a channeling session with an energy that Spirit referred to as “the Supreme Nurturer”, which I understood to be Sophia, the divine feminine aspect of Source. I was told that the words from the message allow healing frequencies to be received while listening. So you may simply choose to open yourself to receive healing while you listen to that portion of the meditation.
