Below are a few of the themes that are emerging in the collective field during this lunar cycle, which began on January 18th, 2026 with a new moon in Capricorn. My hope is that these themes spark some awareness and perhaps validation around your experience of the energies we are moving through. Some of these themes are woven into the meditation.
 
Flushing out stagnation–physical and energetic
Continued focus on the sacral chakra, especially salient right now with heightened experiences of uncertainty and fear in the collective and possibly in your individual experience. 
A time of “germination”–image of a seed hull starting to split open
For coming into fuller alignment and preparing for expansion
Specifically focused on moving into your power and your ability to shift what you now perceive as tangible/fixed/solid/concrete.
Trust: being open to receive, without fully perceiving what it is that you are accepting, opening to, awakening, growing into.
