My Immersive Meditations are designed to support you with moving energy on themes that Spirit indicates are ripe to receive deep healing. The meditations also facilitate an opportunity for playing with your intuition as you connect with your Spirit and guides!
 
Below are a few of the themes that are emerging in the collective field during this lunar cycle, which began on May 16th, 2026 with a new moon in Taurus. My hope is that these themes spark some awareness and perhaps validation around your experience of the energies we are moving through. Some of these themes are woven into the meditation.
 
Deepening into the heart center to return to love -- exploring the frequency of love
Working with the sacred geometries of the spiral and Merkaba (star tetrahedron) to support our return to oneness in remembering our multidimensionality
Continuing to invite balance and true reciprocity in our relationship within ourselves (masculine and feminine energies) and with others
Holding compassion for ourselves and others as we integrate new awareness and perhaps epiphanies about ourselves and all that we are in relationship with, working with the pink rose of Lady Nada to support this healing
