Psychic Healing Session
We will connect with your Spirit and guides to illuminate and heal energetic blocks, outdated belief systems or coping mechanisms, energetic connections that no longer serve your highest good, and more!
This session can flow many ways, guided by Spirit, and may include past life integration, soul retrieval, updating or dissolving spiritual contracts and agreements, removing others' energy from your field, releasing the emotional "charge" from memories/traumatic experiences, deep healing of energy centers, restoring harmony in your aura and astral body, realigning your Hara line, balancing and unblocking energy channels, brightening your connection to your intuition and inner voice, introducing you to your guides, ancestral healing, and much more!

Guided Healing Meditation
Individual Session
Receive a personalized meditation, guided by Spirit, including opportunities for engaging with techniques and visualizations to support your intuitive self-healing. My intention is to support your energy field and body, focusing on the energetic themes currently moving through the collective energy field. We will allow Spirit to lead as we dive deeper, exploring your unique healing opportunities at this time. I will send Reiki while holding a safe and grounded energetic container to support you with deepening into your healing experience.
This offering is available as a 30 or 60 minute session. For a 30 minute session, you choose a live (phone or video call) session with me, or a remote session where I send your unique guided meditation to you afterwards. If you prefer a 60 minute in person session here in Cincinnati, I will include sound healing, and you will have the option of laying down to drop into a deep state of relaxation.
Monthly Virtual Immersive Meditation
This is a monthly opportunity to benefit from the power group energy work, while having your own experience within an immersive guided meditation. The meditation will be informed by current energetic themes rippling through our collective energy field. Spirit will provide imagery and guidance to support you in dropping in and tending to your energy field. Our energetic container includes Reiki + healing frequencies, allowing you to slip into a deep state of relaxation. You may be surprised at the ease with which you are able to move energy and receive insight about your healing journey!

Land & Building Healing
This service is to support in clearing/harmonizing the energies of a building and/or piece of land. Often, the energies of those who previously resided at, or spent time on a property will still be present in some form, whether they are living or have crossed over.
I begin with a remote session to provide a pre-healing and receive guidance from Spirit as to what the on-site work will involve. I can also work fully remotely.
This work may involve supporting earth-bound souls in crossing over, identifying and closing any portals that may be attracting unwanted visitors, repairing vortexes, and/or receiving messages from the spirits of the land in order to reestablish balance and respectful relationship with those who now dwell upon or spend time on the land.

Mini Session
This offering is for established clients who would like to connect in an abbreviated format, in order to receive Spiritual information and healing regarding a few topics or questions, or simply for a "tune up". Option to meet via video call, phone call, or have an "unattended" session where I conduct the reading without connecting live and send you an audio recording. For unattended sessions, you may send me any intentions or questions ahead of time.

Group Session
I offer group reading and healing, on themes held in common among those gathered. The idea is that those involved have a Spiritual contract to support each other with moving energy in bigger ways (or maybe on a quicker timeline) than they would otherwise. Group work is very powerful! I have worked within the context of bridal showers and birthday parties, in addition to hosting workshops and retreats that focus on a theme. I often weave a guided meditation in to the experience as well, teaching intuitive energy work techniques from the Ancient Mystery Schools.
Monthly Group Healing Membership
This offering is for those who feel called to support and be supported by the collective in shifting energy together on a regular basis. Every month on the new moon, I send members a recording of a psychic reading and healing on the energy of the group, with the intention to shift and heal that which we hold in common. The reading includes an energetic forecast for the month ahead.
Group healing is powerful work! Moving energy together regularly supports us individually in moving through our lives with more grace and ease. As guided by Spirit, I include energy healing techniques from the Ancient Mystery Schools to empower your energetic self care. Access to my monthly live Immersive Meditation Zoom call and a members-only virtual gathering following the meditation is included in this membership.
Animal Readings
Animals are also Spirit in an embodied form and can communicate their needs, and receive healing on a spiritual and energetic level! These sessions are helpful for problem behaviors and to provide healing energies to support physical and emotional well-being.
You may be surprised by the energetic nuances of your furry friends!
Mediumship Session
Connect with your loved ones who have crossed over. I begin the session by asking you to provide only the initials of the loved one(s) you are hoping to connect with, and I will bring through evidential information that validates their presence along with messages and healing that those in Spirit wish to convey.
Areas we may explore include: healing for outdated or unresolved Spiritual contracts that you may hold with them, ancestral healing, your ability to connect directly with your loved ones in Spirit, blessings and gifts they may have to offer, and more. I am also able to support earthbound souls in stepping into a higher frequency, possibly departing the earthly realm so they can begin their healing on the other side.
Note: on the rare occasion that a loved one is not able to come through (e.g. if they are not ready, or it is not in alignment with Divine timing and the highest good of all to connect) we can still illuminate and send healing energy to any unresolved contracts you hold with them, support your ability to connect directly with them, and ask your Higher Self for guidance and healing regarding any unresolved emotions or questions you may have.
Reiki Healing
Relax and receive healing life force energy in the comfort and privacy of your own space or in my Mt Lookout, Cincinnati location. I recommend you lay down during the session to allow your system to be in a more receptive state. You may choose a healing intention, or allow Spirit to guide the focus of our work together. I have received the level I and II Reiki attunements that strengthened my healing channels, allowing beautiful cosmic life force energy from Source to flow down my arms and out my hands. The second level Reiki attunement allows me to send healing energy over time and space, so that we do not need to be in the same space for you to receive deeply healing energy. I may also connect with guides, Ascended Masters, and Angelic beings, in alignment with your highest good, to support your healing. If you are interested, I will share any themes or messages that come forward for you during the session, along with any observations I make about your energy field.
