Continual trust fall (or, 500 readings and counting)

2025 has been a year of milestones for me, personally and professionally.
In March, I celebrated 3 years officially in business, shortly after crossing the threshold of 500 readings and completing my first year of monthly group readings. April also marked 5 years since I started my formal Intuitive and Psychic development training. On a personal note, Brandon and I were joyfully wed on the Spring Equinox, aligning with the energies of new beginnings. And alongside the joy and celebration, I have also been walking with grief and reflections on mortality.
I know I am not alone in my experience of this potent time of the closing and opening of cycles, of milestones, of joy and grief. Astrological and Spiritual communities have been all abuzz about momentous shifts, especially around the end of March. Personally I've heard of and supported individuals with remarkable shifts out of old patterns and profound awakenings. I truly believe we are in the midst of a powerful opportunity individually and collectively for deep healing of trauma and karmic cycles.
It is a strange thing to navigate celebration and joy in times of collective turmoil, loss, and uncertainty. And yet we must continue to cultivate joy and inner peace--to tend to ourselves, our communities, and the land. It is necessary and it is an act of resistance. Since the election results in November, Spirit has surfaced themes of unplugging from collective fear and anchoring in to the frequencies of the Earth and the Elementals (the spirit of the elements). My sense is that we are being encouraged to cultivate inner peace and harness the frequency of unconditional love, allowing it to pour through us in all the ways we are individually called to move through the world and engage in our collective experience.
Anchoring into love instead of fear may sound simple or even superficial, but it is a great act of bravery to let go of anxiety, understanding that kind of mental energy is not helpful. I was taught that energetically our worry energy manifests like a haze around the person/situation we are concerned about, clouding their ability to see clearly. It requires trust to surrender our desires for others' paths, trusting that their Spirit has contracts and lessons that inform their co-creation. We can still be involved in the lives of those we care for, and in our local and global communities in all the ways we feel aligned with, while centering love.
Similarly, each time I sit to do a reading, I must surrender to trust--trust in my ability to be a clear channel, trust in Spirit and my team of light to guide me, and trust in Source, that we are all fully held by the Earth as we navigate our embodied experience, in this great mystery. Even when things seem so perilous. Trusting, in the context of psychic healing, has become much easier 500+ readings in to this journey, and yet, each time I must surrender. I believe this is key to each of our Spiritual journeys. Trust and surrender. To be guided by the heart instead of the head. To speak your truth. To pour your creative energy out into the world. To believe the validity of the subtle messages and intuitive insights you receive. To let go of what no longer serves your highest good and the highest good of all, even (and sometimes especially) when it is comfortable because it is all you've known. Being anxious/fearful is often familiar territory and difficult to release our attachment to.
What if you gave your body and mind permission to just experiment with releasing anxiety about something small to start? That doesn't mean you don't show up in your life, your circles, and communities as you feel called. You just surrender that emotional charge, underwritten by fear, and show up out of love instead. I welcome any reflections you may wish to share on your journey with fear, and inviting a greater heart-mind coherence.
Peace, from my multidimensional heart to yours.
P.S. In response to the yearning I experience and have heard others' voice for spiritual community, I am now offering a monthly in person New Moon Circle here in Cincinnati. I look forward to gathering with those who feel called to tend to themselves and each other, as we co-create together and send healing to the greater collective.
